  • Aptos upgrades

    details

    Application of upgrades and patches to the Aptos system, this will include Aptos database and Uniface software.

  • Live to Test/Train copy

    details

    Copying the live database to the testing environment, enabling testing of new UNIT-e releases prior to upgrade of the live system.  Similarly the live database can be copied to the training environment to support user training. 

  • UNIT-e EDM upgrades

    details

    Upgrades to the UNIT-e Electronic Document Management software at the time of the UNIT-e Core upgrade.

  • UNIT-e Tools for Reporting Services (TORS) upgrades

    details

    Upgrades to UNIT-e TORS at the time of UNIT-e Core upgrade.

  • Online services upgrades

    details

    Upgrades to the Online services & web services to the Capita (Vanilla) Websites.  This may be on both internal and external web servers.

  • Smart Client upgrades

    details

    Upgrade and application of patches to the Smart Client.  Current Smart client applications are: Attendance Grid, DayView & Room Booking.

  • Columbus upgrades

    details

    Upgrade and application of patches to Columbus (IB.NET) including web services.

  • UNIT-e upgrades

    details

    Upgrade and application of patches to the UNIT-e.  This will include UNIT-e windows services where appropriate.

  • Database management system upgrades

    details

    Upgrades to the database management systems (Microsoft SQL or Oracle) to the highest supported version.

  • Operating system upgrades

    details

    Upgrade of operating systems to the highest supported version.
