If you have Microsoft Reporting Services (RS) and Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS), you will have two or more web servers to maintain. With SharePoint in native mode there are many limitations, the first and most obvious being that without integration, there will be separate security needed for RS and MOSS equalling twice the management overhead.
